Contact form. If you fill in the form, we process your name, company name, email address, phone number and message, together with the campaign through which you found us (e.g. a LinkedIn ad). We use this data solely to follow up on your request. It is stored securely and not shared with third parties.
Visitor statistics (first-party). We record server-side which pages are visited and through which campaigns visitors arrive (UTM parameters and referring website). We do not store IP addresses or names — only an anonymised code that changes daily. No cookies are needed for this.
Necessary cookies. A session cookie (PWGSESS) for the operation of the form and a cookie that remembers your cookie preference (pwg_consent). These are always active.
Statistics and marketing cookies (only with your consent). Google Analytics 4 (visitor statistics) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (measuring the impact of our LinkedIn campaigns). If you decline, these services are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your cookies.
Requests through the contact form are kept for a maximum of 24 months after completion. Anonymised statistics contain no personal data and may be kept longer.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email info@paywashgo.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
